General Terms and Conditions of Participation

1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Participation (hereinafter: Terms) govern the rights and obligations between the event organiser and pilgrimage participants. By registering and paying the deposit, the participant confirms that she has read and fully accepts these Terms.
Event Organiser: Obrt Minor Tech (owner of the Powerella Pilgrim platform), Ante i Nikole Marića bb, 88000 Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina; JIB: 4329239330009 (hereinafter: Organiser). The Organiser is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing the entire pilgrimage programme, including educational content, communication with participants, and general event management. The Organiser is also the recipient of all payments related to this pilgrimage.
Technical Travel Organiser: Marta&Marija j.d.o.o., Jurišićeva ulica 4, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB: 49821212704 (hereinafter: Technical Organiser). The Technical Organiser is a licensed travel agency responsible for the logistical implementation of the pilgrimage, including transport, accommodation, and related services.
Educational Programme Provider: Ivona Zgrabljić, ID coach for personal, career, and organisational development (hereinafter: Educator).
2. Scope of Services
Included in the pilgrimage price:
- High-class coach transport on the route Mostar – Dugopolje – Bosiljevo – Rijeka – Lucca – Assisi – Cascia – Mostar
- Accommodation in Lucca – two nights on a half-board basis
- Accommodation in Assisi – two nights in a *** hotel on a half-board basis
- Tourist taxes
- Group travel insurance
- Entrance tickets and local spiritual accompaniment at selected sites
- Professional and spiritual guidance throughout the pilgrimage
- Educational programme and materials – workshops with Ivona Zgrabljić, ID coach for personal, career, and organisational development
- Working materials
NOT included in the pilgrimage price:
- Personal expenses (souvenirs, phone calls, minibar, etc.)
- Meals not specified in the programme (lunches, additional drinks with meals)
- Optional excursions and activities outside the programme
- Individual transfers outside the programme
- Additional individual travel or health insurance
- Anything not explicitly listed under "included in the price"
The Organiser reserves the right to make subsequent changes to the pilgrimage programme for the benefit of participants, who will be notified in a timely manner.
3. Registration and Payment
Registration for the pilgrimage is considered valid upon payment of the deposit (1st instalment) of 400.00 KM, no later than 7 days after receiving the registration confirmation. By paying the deposit, the participant confirms full acceptance of these Terms.
The total price of the pilgrimage is 1,360.00 KM per person. The amount may be settled in one of the following ways:
- In full – full amount of 1,360.00 KM.
- In three instalments – 1st instalment (deposit) 400.00 KM, 2nd and 3rd instalments 480.00 KM each.
- In two instalments – 680.00 KM each, with the 1st instalment serving as the deposit (reservation confirmation).
Payment may be made by bank transfer to the Obrt Minor Tech account or by card via a secure online platform. Card payments are processed by Obrt Minor Tech as the payment recipient, using the Monri online payment system. Obrt Minor Tech reimburses the Technical Organiser's services based on an internal agreement. Payment details will be provided to the participant upon registration. The full amount must be settled no later than 30 days before departure.
Online Payment Security
Card payments are processed by Monri d.o.o. via the Monri WSPay system, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 standard. Communication between the customer and the system is protected by SSL encryption (TLS 1.2 / 256-bit). Obrt Minor Tech does not store or have access to card data — all sensitive card details are entered exclusively on the secure Monri page. Online payments are protected by the 3-D Secure protocol (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check). All charges are made in Convertible Marks (BAM/KM).
4. Cancellation by the Participant
The participant has the right to cancel her participation by written notice sent to the Organiser by email. The date of receipt of the email shall be considered the cancellation date. The following cancellation fees apply (expressed as a percentage of the total pilgrimage price):
- Up to 30 days before departure: 30%
- 29 – 15 days before departure: 50%
- 14 – 8 days before departure: 80%
- 7 – 0 days before departure or no-show: 100%
Instead of cancelling, the participant may propose a substitute person, provided the substitute meets all participation requirements and the substitution is possible given existing reservations. In such a case, no cancellation fees are charged.
Any refund, after deduction of applicable cancellation fees, will be made within 14 days of the cancellation date. In the case of a refund to a participant who paid by card, the refund will be made exclusively by reversing the original transaction, i.e. returned to the same card used for payment, regardless of the reason for the refund.
5. Cancellation or Changes by the Organiser
The pilgrimage will proceed with a minimum of 30 registered participants. If the minimum number of registrations is not reached, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the pilgrimage no later than 15 days before the planned departure date. In such a case, participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
The Organiser reserves the right to change the programme, accommodation, or carrier if required by circumstances beyond the Organiser's control (e.g. hotel availability, road conditions, weather). In such cases, the Organiser undertakes to provide services of equal or higher standard and to notify participants in a timely manner.
6. Division of Responsibility
Organiser (Powerella Sole Trader) is responsible for designing and coordinating the entire pilgrimage programme, communicating with participants, engaging the Technical Organiser and Educator, and the general management and execution of the event.
Technical Travel Organiser (Marta&Marija j.d.o.o.) is responsible for the quality and execution of the logistical aspects of the pilgrimage, including transport, accommodation, half-board meals, and all related services. Complaints regarding the quality of accommodation, transport, or meals will be forwarded by the Organiser to the Technical Organiser for resolution.
Educator (Ivona Zgrabljić) is responsible for the quality and delivery of the educational programme.
The Organiser is not liable for the loss or damage of participants' personal belongings during the pilgrimage, nor for costs incurred as a result of a participant's own failure (e.g. invalid travel documents, missing the departure, etc.).
7. Travel Insurance
Group travel insurance is included in the pilgrimage price and covers basic health insurance abroad and accident insurance for the duration of the trip. Details of the coverage, the name of the insurer, and the policy terms will be provided to participants before departure.
8. Participant Obligations
The participant is required to:
- Hold a valid travel document (national ID or passport) with an expiry date at least 1 month after the end of the pilgrimage.
- Provide the Organiser with accurate personal data required for accommodation, transport, and insurance bookings.
- Notify the Organiser in a timely manner of any medical conditions or special needs that may affect participation.
- Follow the pilgrimage programme, agreed departure times, and the instructions of the Organiser and guide.
- Behave in a manner consistent with the spirit and purpose of the pilgrimage, and respect the rules of accommodation providers and local regulations.
- Settle the full amount no later than 30 days before departure.
9. Complaints
A participant who believes that services were not provided in accordance with the agreed programme has the right to submit a complaint as follows:
During the pilgrimage: The participant must immediately report any issue to the Organiser (guide) on-site, so that the problem can be resolved during the pilgrimage. The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to remedy the deficiency without delay.
After the pilgrimage: A written complaint must be submitted by email to info@powerellapilgrim.com within 8 days of the end of the pilgrimage. The complaint must include a description of the issue and, where possible, supporting documentation (photos, receipts, etc.). The Organiser is required to respond to the complaint within 15 days of receipt.
Complaints regarding the quality of accommodation, transport, or meals will be forwarded by the Organiser to the Technical Organiser (Marta&Marija j.d.o.o.) for resolution.
10. Force Majeure
Force majeure refers to extraordinary and unforeseeable circumstances that cannot be avoided or remedied, including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics and pandemics, war, terrorist threats, border closures, transport disruptions, strikes, and decisions by government authorities.
In the event of force majeure that prevents the pilgrimage from taking place, the Organiser will offer participants an alternative date or a full refund of payments made, minus any irrecoverable costs already incurred (e.g. non-refundable reservations from suppliers). The Organiser undertakes to document all such costs and present them transparently to participants.
11. Personal Data Protection
The Organiser collects and processes participants' personal data solely for the purpose of organising and conducting the pilgrimage. Personal data may be shared with the Technical Organiser (for accommodation and transport bookings), the insurance company (for issuing the travel insurance policy), and the Educator (for delivering the educational programme).

12. Final Provisions
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms. All amendments take effect upon publication on the Organiser's website. Participants who have already registered and paid will be subject to the Terms in force at the time of registration, unless any amendments are more favourable to the participant.
